Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Caldog ("the Service"). Caldog is operated by Donghun Choi, a sole proprietor based in Canada doing business as Sapsaldog. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Caldog is a scheduling tool that turns your Google Calendar into a booking link. Invitees propose meeting times and you confirm one.

2. Eligibility

The Service requires a Google account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Your Account and Responsibilities

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service in compliance with applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, reverse engineer it, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on Google (sign-in, Calendar, Meet). Your use of Google services is governed by Google's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that scheduling results will be accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sapsaldog will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
